Boy's Clubs of America Medal

Boy's Clubs of America commemorative medal. There is a seperate bar for fifteen years, twenty years, and for every five years until forty. At the bottom is a round medal hanging that has the crest of the Boys' Clubs of America. Behind the medals is a long red ribbon.
