View of the Salisbury Beach amusement park from the parking lot. A ferris wheel and roller coaster can be seen among other rides. The arcade has many customers and an old Coca-Cola advertisement is on one wall.

Merrill's Wharf, New Bedford, Mass., undated

The image of Merrill's Wharf in New Bedford, Massachusetts features a large sailing ship and nearby buildings. A large bulding bearing the sign "Sail Loft" is on the right. The wharf has an air of decline with logs strewn about and grass growing between pieces of pavement.

Casks of whale oil, awaiting a market, New Bedford, Mass.

Featured in the postcard are rows of casks filled with whale oil. Many are leaking and/or marked with the letters NS. The dock on which they are laid is also home to a very large sailing ship.
