Jack Hackett's Lakeside, menu, Ipswich, Mass.

Meat is broiled on a coal stove dating from 1847. Hackett was the chef and restaurant owner from 1957-1974. Text on the menu cover reads "Good food in the New England tradition." The cover illustration is signed "H. McCabe." Two fishermen approach a covered bridge in the cover illustration.
